At Worth Chess Academy, we strive to deliver the highest quality chess coaching services.
We understand that sometimes plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Class Cancellation by Students

1.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

1.2. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice:

  • You may request a rescheduling of the session at no additional cost.
  • No refunds will be provided, but a credit for a future class will be given.

1.3. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session:

  • The session will be considered completed and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.

2. Class Cancellation by Worth Chess Academy

2.1. In rare cases where Worth Chess Academy needs to cancel a class (due to coach unavailability, technical issues, etc.), we will:

  • Offer you an option to reschedule the class.
  • Or provide a full refund for the canceled session upon request.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. All payments made for classes, coaching programs, tournaments, and packages are non-refundable.

3.2. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical failure from our end preventing session delivery.
  • Inability to provide services as promised at the time of enrollment.

3.3. Any approved refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

4. No-Show Policy

4.1. If a student does not attend a scheduled class and fails to inform us in advance, the session will be marked as completed and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

5. Package Policies

5.1. If you purchase a multi-session package, all sessions must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.

5.2. Unused sessions after the validity period will expire and will not be refunded or carried forward.
